In these Terms and Conditions, 'You' or 'Your' or 'User' or 'Player' means any person who uses the Service or Software provided on or via any Herion Investments Limited Website/s. By using the Software, Services, or Website, You signify Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

2. JURISDICTIONS

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1. MINIMUM AGE

All Users must be over the legal age of 18 years to register an account with Herion Investments Limited. The Company prohibits minors or underage players from participating in any of the games or using the Services. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. You must register personally for an account. You may only open and operate one single account. If You hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend Your accounts and void all bets, even retroactively, on any or all of Your accounts. When registering You must give a valid identification, address, contact email, or personal telephone number. All information supplied to Us must be accurate and complete in all respects. Herion Investments Limited reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You, by third-party service providers, or by contacting You via email or phone. All letter correspondence will be discreet, and the envelope will not display any reference to Herion Investments Limited. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Us.

3.4. ACCURACY

You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If any details are inaccurate or require updating, please contact Our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.5. ACTIVATION

All Users may be sent an email or SMS to the registered email address or phone number for account activation. If this is not verified, We reserve the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are successfully verified.

3.6. ACCEPTANCE

By registering an account, You are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms and Conditions displayed on Our Website. We recommend that all Players print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies. It is also recommended that You peruse the section related to game rules and regulations.

3.7. ACCOUNT DORMANCY

Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 12 months, and the account has a balance, Herion Investments Limited shall attempt to contact You to return any remaining funds.

3.8 INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Herion Investments Limited prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.

3.9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Herion Investments Limited reserves the right to refuse Your registration and to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion.

3.10. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

If You wish to close Your account, please follow the instructions on the Website, or You can contact Our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please be prepared to identify yourself via personal identification documentation.

3.11. RECOVERING OF FUNDS

If You wish to recover funds held in Your dormant or excluded account, contact Our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.12. ACCOUNT SECURITY

As a Player, You are responsible for keeping Your account details secure. This includes login details, any linked email address or mobile phone, and the login details of any personal computer or device on which You access Your account. We recommend using password-protected devices and locking screens when not in use, amongst other protective measures. Company shall not be held responsible if there is any unauthorised use of Your account when the Company itself is not at fault.

3.13 RELATIONSHIP

Employees or Directors of Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are NOT allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. Should such activity be discovered, the account(s) will be immediately terminated and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeited.

4. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

4.1. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL METHODS

You may fund Your account via various payment methods available in the Cashier. We may change these payment methods when necessary. We cannot guarantee that all payment options will be available at all times. We also have the right to accept or refuse payment methods at our sole discretion.

Payment fees may from time to time be applied on transactions depending on the chosen payment method, bank, card issuer and country of the bank.

The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or currency equivalent. The maximum deposit depends on the payment method, but it usually ranges from 500 EUR to 5,000 EUR per transaction.

4.2. IDENTIFICATION CHECKS

The Company reserves the right to run checks on all players using third-party vendors based on the information provided at registration.

Herion Investments Limited also reserves the right to ask You for verification documents at any time, including but not limited to upon deposits made or before executing a withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to, requesting copies of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport, Identity Card, or Driver's License, recent utility bill in your name and address as proof of residence and requesting documents for confirming the permanent residential address.

4.3. WITHDRAWALS

Please note that all deposits should be wagered at least one time before You request a withdrawal. We reserve the right to charge a 30% processing fee if the deposit is not wagered at least once.

Withdrawals are made payable only to the Player's name used when registering on Our Website, which means that the payment method's name must correspond to the Player's gambling account name used on registration. Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for depositing, up to the deposit amount.

Kindly note that You may incur a percentage fee on Your withdrawal. This will be visible to You prior to effecting the withdrawal request.

Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of the request. However, Bank transfers and card transactions may take up to three days to deliver, while e-wallet transfers are usually provided instantly upon Us processing the withdrawal. Should You wish to withdraw some or all of Your balance, You may select how much You want to withdraw. The maximum withdrawal amount per 24-hour period is EUR 5,000 or currency equivalent and the maximum withdrawal amount per 30-day period is EUR 20,000 or currency equivalent. Company may at its sole discretion apply lower withdrawal limits.

4.4. IRREGULAR PLAY

Before the withdrawal process, the gameplay may be checked for irregular play patterns:

While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to engage in activities that give You a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to:

• Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when You have no wagering requirements.
• Leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.

5. REFUNDS

If You wish, You may request a deposit to be refunded back to the original payment method, provided that the deposit funds are still available on Your account balance. Herion Investments Limited reserves the right to charge a 5% (five percent) fee of the transactional value, but no less than 10 (ten) EUR or currency equivalent for administrative and processing fees of the refund. Such fees will be deducted from Your account balance, and in case You do not have a balance on the account, the fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You acknowledge that refunds are made only in exceptional circumstances, and processing of refunds is entirely at the Company's discretion. Please note that any refund requests may experience a slight delay due to technical processing time.

6. BONUSES

6.1. SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All promotions, bonuses, or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions. Any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence to such terms and conditions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES

Herion Investments Limited reserves all rights to the brand names relating to the Company, and any trademarks, service marks, and/or trade names (the 'Trademarks') used by the Company. By using the Software, Services, or Website/s, You acknowledge that You obtain no rights in the Trademarks or the content.

8.2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Software, Services, or Website may contain functionality whereby the User may post or publish text, images, videos, or other copyright-protectable material ('User-Generated Content). By posting or publishing User-Generated Content, You warrant that You have acquired any rights necessary for Your and Herion Investments Limited's use and reproduction of such User-Generated Content.

In addition, You grant Herion Investments Limited a licence to use User-Generated Content for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and Conditions. You shall indemnify and keep Herion Investments Limited harmless from and against any third-party claims relating to the Company's use of User Generated Content (or part thereof).

Herion Investments Limited reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content which (in Our view) risks infringing third-party rights, these Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

9. USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS ('BOTS') AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE

9.1. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE AND BOTS

The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any form of artificial intelligence when using any Software or Services provided by Herion Investments Limited is prohibited.

9.2. NON-PERMITTED SOFTWARE

Using software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games offered by the Company or for player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden. Monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player's funds.

9.3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Herion Investments Limited reserves the right to take any necessary measures if any Player performs any illegal or prohibited activities as previously outlined in sections 9.1 and 9.2. Such measures include, but are not limited to, blocking the Player's account and freezing the Player's funds. The Company reserves the right to undertake legal proceedings against any individual found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws.

10. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, ETC

10.1. INTERRUPTIONS

Herion Investments Limited is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the gameplay. The Company shall not be held responsible for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website.

10.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is only liable for direct damages caused by Herion Investments Limited up to the amount of €10K or currency equivalent, and not for any indirect damages arising out of and in any way connected with Your use of, or inability to use the Software, Services or Website/s. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Herion Investments Limited liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.

10.3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services, and Website/s are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Herion Investments Limited makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute, or otherwise) including, but not limited, to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy of the Software/Services.

Herion Investments Limited makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You.

In the event of systems or communications errors relating to or resulting from the generation of random numbers, bet settlement, or another element of the Services, We will not be liable to You due to any such errors. We reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.

10.4. MISCARRIED AND/OR ABORTED GAMES

In the event of miscarried and/or aborted games, the game is terminated, all wagers are void, and the wagered amount is refunded to Your account.

10.5. SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION

Where a manifest error, mistake, or system failure results in an incorrect paytable, any affected bet/s are void. The original amount concerning the bet/s will be returned to the Player.

10.6. SPORTS BETTING

You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and confirmed. Moreover, We will not void bets which are erroneously placed.

We only accept bets placed online via the Website, any other form is not acceptable and so will be voided. All bets will be processed once placed and confirmed as accepted. If a bet is accidentally accepted, for instance for an event after it has started, the game/bet will be settled as a "non-runner".

The minimum bet amount is EUR 1 or the currency equivalent.

Winnings are credited to Your account after the final result has been confirmed. The maximum profit per Player in one day for bets placed on this Website is EUR 150,000 or the currency equivalent.

"Contingent bets" will be settled in the order in which they appear on Your bet slip until all the money provided is exhausted. If the money wagered is carried over to the next selection and is insufficient to complete Your instructions, then that selection will be settled in proportion to the amount available.

If an event is cancelled, all bets relating to it will be automatically cancelled and stakes returned to the relevant accounts.

- Refuse/cancel bets without any justification before the game starts.

- Void bets placed by any person or group of people with fraudulent intent. This rule applies to both settled and pending bets.

12. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS

12.2. OFFER RECALL

Winnings are added to Your balance in the currency of Your account when no irregular play is detected. Please also refer to section 4.4. 14.3. SELF-EXCLUSION POLICY

16. GOVERNING LAW

17. DISPUTES

Herion Investments Limited will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a timely and responsible manner. The Company aims to communicate the complaint resolution to You within 28 days from when You submitted the complaint to Us.

If a Customer is not satisfied with how a bet has been settled then the Customer should provide details of their grievance to our Customer Service Department. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to respond to queries of this nature within a few days (and in any event we intend to respond to all such queries within 28 days of receipt).

Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be valid after this period.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and Us, Our Customer Service Department will attempt to reach an agreed solution. Should our Customer Service Department be unable to reach an agreed solution with you, the matter may be escalated to our management.

Should all efforts to resolve a dispute to the Customer's satisfaction fail, the Customer has the right to have the dispute resolved via arbitration.

18. FINANCIAL AND LEGAL INSTITUTION

18.1. NO INTEREST

Herion Investments Limited is not a financial institution. Deposits made into Your account will not accrue any interest.

18.2. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE

Herion Investments Limited does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. We advise Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

19. NO ARBITRAGE

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Herion Investments Limited and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Herion Investments Limited deems that a Player has deliberately used the systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Player's balance without warning or notification.

20. AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Herion Investments Limited and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. Herion Investments Limited will conduct 'know your customer' ('KYC') controls as required under the applicable law.

You must not use the Software, Services, or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or transaction that is prohibited under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction (including money laundering and terrorist financing). It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means. The Company undertakes checks on all transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities.

If the Company has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering or terrorist financing activities, or that You conduct activities otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, We will comply with all Our responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account.

If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Herion Investments Limited may inform relevant authorities of Your identity and any suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or improper activity or transactions.

21. OTHER

21.1. ACCEPTANCE

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling on the Website and that You are fully aware and responsible for any such loss. In relation to Your losses, You shall have no claims whatsoever against Herion Investments Limited or their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, suppliers or other partners.

21.2. NON-ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

Employees of Herion Investments Limited, including its licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, media partners, game providers, other suppliers, and members of the immediate families of each, are not eligible to participate in any of the games available on the Website.

21.3. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
